AZARIO 1873 ("AZARIO") offers you the opportunity to use the following “MY-1873” services (“Services”)*:

B. Change Password: Reset the login password to your MY-1873 account, the function requires manual entry of the current login password as well as the new password. Your favourites: save the items you want most and keep an eye on their availability.
C. Orders: track the shipment of your orders, exchange or return items that are not for you and see the history of your orders.

And. Payment by credit card: allows you to keep track of all transactions made.
F. ACTIVE COUPONS: you will find all the discount coupons active on your account listed, you can add them manually during the purchase phase in the order summary.
G. CREDIT 1873: choose the simplest and fastest reimbursement method for the items you want to return. Use the virtual credit obtained for your next orders.
2. Registration

If you want to use the Services you must be an adult user, register on ufficiostock.com by creating your MY-1873 account and accept these terms and conditions for use of the Services ("Conditions"). Registration is free. To create your MY-1873 account you will need to complete the registration form by entering the requested information and guarantee to AZARIO 1873 that the information provided during the registration procedure is complete, correct and truthful. We will send you an email to confirm registration. We remind you that the credentials to access your MY-1873 account must be used exclusively by you and cannot be transferred to third parties. Without prejudice to the limits of the law, AZARIO 1873 cannot in any way be held responsible in the event of access to your MY-1873 account by unauthorized third parties. Please therefore keep your credentials confidential and immediately inform AZARIO 1873 if you suspect that there has been unauthorized access to your MY-1873 account or that your password has been compromised.

For the provision of some Services it may be necessary to use electronic communication channels (such as e-mail, SMS or telephone). If you want to use these specific services you will therefore be asked to give your consent to be contacted by AZARIO 1873 for the relevant communications via SMS, email or other communication channel.

3. Duration and Termination

Registration for the Services will be effective from the moment you receive the relevant confirmation email and for the entire period in which you use the Services themselves.
3.2
You can cancel your receipt of the Services at any time and for any reason by sending a request to our Customer Service by selecting "privacy". If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will send you an email to confirm cancellation from the Services.
3.3
AZARIO 1873 reserves the right to cancel your registration to the Services in the event of violation of the provisions contained in these Conditions, or in the event that complete, truthful and correct personal data has not been provided, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damage suffered. AZARIO 1873 also reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without any prior communication, the provision of the Services for the time necessary for the necessary and/or appropriate technical interventions to improve the quality of the Services themselves. AZARIO 1873 may, at any time, interrupt the provision of the Services if security reasons arise.
4. Notice about the Services
AZARIO 1873 does everything possible to provide accurate Services. Without prejudice to the legal limits, the Services are provided free of charge as is (“AS IS”). AZARIO 1873 does not provide any guarantee, by way of example and without limitation, regarding the quality, correct functioning, absence of interruptions or suitability of the Services for a particular purpose or result set by the user.
5. Modified and updated
